About me
I am a fun, dynamic and experienced yoga teacher who is passionate about spreading my love of yoga to everyone, everywhere. I like to keep my yoga real and grounded, making it accessible to all. I firmly believe that everyone can gain benefits from a regular yoga practice whatever their background or story.
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20, I was first introduced to yoga when someone came into my corporate work space to teach yoga at lunch time. As a youngster I practiced dance and I was instantly attracted to the movement and also the challenge of some of the more difficult postures. After my initial introduction through my corporate world, I found a couple of yoga studios locally where I could practice more regularly and got pretty hooked on hot yoga for a while. Then during my pregnancy I found the most wonderful pregnancy yoga teacher who is still an inspiration to me today. After I had my daughter I started exploring teacher training and in 2014 embarked on my training journey with Toni Roberts @ The Yoga Garden. This was a truly transformational experience and my eyes and heart opened up to the full philosophy of yoga and the huge benefits it could bring beyond a physical practice.
Teaching Experience
Since completing my initial 200 hour teacher training in 2015 I have done many other trainings, workshops and learning experiences and continue to grow and learn every single day, from every class I teach or practice, for me it’s a life long journey.
For a long time yoga was my ‘side gig’ and I had a very successful corporate career in business change, transformation and consultancy. In 2025 I took the next step and am now focusing on my yoga and wellness career full time, I am weaving my corporate and consultancy knowledge into my yoga and wellness offerings.
Teaching
1-2-1, Classes or Group
I teach a range of different yoga practices at different studios including vinyasa, hot yoga, restorative and yin. I particularly enjoy teaching vinyasa flow yoga as I enjoy the flow and connectivity between postures and to use the breath as my guide.

What should I expect in a 1-2-1 Session
- We discuss your current conditions and hopes and perhaps some of your fears for your practice.
- Each session is an opportunity to explore something new or continue to work on areas you want to develop.
- You don’t need to be able to touch your toes, or indeed achieve any particular shape or flexibility prior, we will start where you and your current fitness or mobility is irrelevant. Yoga is for everyone.
- My years of experience working with groups and individuals will help to identify habitual patterns in the body, I will offer adjustments and options to create change.
- I truly believe in a holistic approach to each individuals yoga practice, through your breath, your body and your mind.
- Each session will be paced and created to suite your current phase of live, working with your energy levels and any physical or emotional constraints.
- My style is fully collaborative and I work with gentle encouragement and intuitive intelligence.

Full Moon Workshops
I literally love the moon !!!
I find the energy from the moon really powerful, she is a source of feminine power that gives me confidence to listen to my intuition and my inner power.
The full moon is a magical time to fully embrace her energy and meeting in circle with like minded people to enjoy this time of the moon phase.
I’ve been running full moon workshops at The Yoga Garden during 2025 and they have been a huge success.
Each session is a little bit different dependent on the time of year and weather, however you typically expect to see some of the following:
- A deep meditation to connect to the full moon energy of that month
- A strong vinyasa based yoga practice to move our bodies
- Some free form movement to specific music themes to fully release and be free
- Reading and sharing moon oracle cards
- Journalling and reflecting on this moon cycle and what you might want to illuminate or dial down
- Observing the full moon (if weather is on our side)
- Restful savasana to soak up the energy of the circle
Next Sessions: Sunday 7th Sept & Sunday 5th October both at 7pm.
Corporate
Yoga & Mediation Sessions
Yoga out of the office
Maybe you’ve got a park or an open space near your office where you could gather and practice. All you need is a teacher, that’s where I come in. I’ve taught in many outdoor settings this can be a great way to get the team out of the office connecting with nature and connecting with each other.
Yoga or mediation in your virtual office
Is your team hybrid working, do you have team mates all across the planet! I can offer online yoga and meditation classes, these can be great for a lunchtime reset. Individuals can practice in the comfort of their own environment but also feel connected with each other in a shared practice.
Yoga at work
Ever fancied joining your work colleagues for a yoga session in your workplace? Maybe you’ve got a meeting space where you can move a few tables back and bring your own mat. I offer yoga in many corporate settings, you can do this at lunchtime or before or after the working day.
Corporate
Wellbeing
Does your place of work offer in house or online yoga or meditation sessions for you and your team?

Most organisations have a wellbeing budget to offer support and initiatives for their employees. I have run a number of one-off and regular corporate sessions including lunchtime 30 minute mindfulness drops-ins as well as yoga for all sessions either in the office (if there is the room) or online if the workforce is spread across the country. This is a really great way to introduce yoga and meditation into the workplace and to also allows team members to come together and share their experiences whether in person or online. Please contact me here if you are interested.
How I can help?
Before becoming a full time yogi I spent 30 years in the corporate world the last 15+ years as a senior change professional working for a range of organisations driving change and transformation. A key component of my experience was understanding people and cultures within organisations, how do things really feel and what needs to change to ensure that individuals, teams and ultimately the organisation can thrive. I offer bespoke consultancy services to help teams and businesses understand their overall corporate wellbeing and offer a suite of tools and techniques to help organisations improve employee and corporate wellbeing. Contact me here if this is something you’d like to chat to me about.
